Crystal Designs Studio’da satılan tüm ürünler el yapımı ve doğal malzemelerden üretilmektedir. Doğal taşların renk, boyut ve formlarında ufak farklılıklar olabilir. Bu farklılıklar ürün kusuru değil, doğanın özgün yapısının bir yansımasıdır. Ürün görselleri temsili olup gerçek ürünle küçük farklılıklar gösterebilir. - Sipariş ve Ödeme
Sitemiz üzerinden verilen siparişler, ödemenin onaylanmasının ardından işleme alınır. Ödeme onayından sonra siparişiniz 2-3 iş günü içinde hazırlanarak kargoya teslim edilir. Sipariş onay e-postası tarafınıza iletilecektir. Crystal Designs Studio, stok durumu veya olağanüstü koşullar nedeniyle siparişi iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar. Bu durumda ödemenizin tamamı iade edilir. - Kargo ve Teslimat
Siparişler Türkiye genelinde kargo ile gönderilmektedir. Kargo süresi, teslimat adresinize bağlı olarak 2-5 iş günü arasında değişebilir. Kargo takip numarası, siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde e-posta ile tarafınıza iletilir. Kargo kaynaklı gecikmelerden Crystal Designs Studio sorumlu tutulamaz. - İptal ve İade Hakkı
6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamında, ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin cayma hakkınızı kullanabilirsiniz. İade edilecek ürünün kullanılmamış, orijinal ambalajında ve tüm içerikleri eksiksiz olması gerekmektedir. İade taleplerini info@crystaldesignsstudio.com adresine bildirmeniz gerekmektedir. Onaylanan iadeler için ödeme, orijinal ödeme yönteminize 14 iş günü içinde iade edilir. Kişiye özel hazırlanan ve özel sipariş ürünlerde cayma hakkı uygulanmamaktadır. - Fikri Mülkiyet

About Our Products
All products sold at Crystal Designs Studio are handmade and crafted from natural materials. Minor variations in color, size, and form of natural stones are to be expected. These variations are not product defects but rather a reflection of nature’s unique character. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
Orders & Payment
Orders placed on our website are processed upon payment confirmation. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days. An order confirmation email will be sent to you. Crystal Designs Studio reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock availability or exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped throughout Turkey via cargo. Delivery time may vary between 2-5 business days depending on your delivery address. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Crystal Designs Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all contents intact. Return requests must be submitted to info@crystaldesignsstudio.com. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns.
Intellectual Property
All content, images, texts, and designs on this website are the property of Crystal Designs Studio. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Crystal Designs Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our products are designed for decorative and aromatherapy purposes only and are not intended to replace medical treatment.
